Terms

These terms govern sittings, briefings, estimates, and letters between you and Gateway Layerhub Analytics, the desk at Level 7, 36 Gorgasali Street, Batumi 6010. By asking for a sitting or using this website, you accept them. If you are writing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

The work

We read logs and related notes you send, draw charts, and sit with you to walk the briefing. The sitting you select on the services pages defines the ordinary scope. Anything else — public incident prose, travel outside Batumi, attendance at a change window — is extra and must be agreed in writing before we start.

We do not take control of your gateway. We do not warrant that a briefing will name a single cause. Where the file cannot see past the front door, the briefing will say so.

Acceptance of a sitting

A sitting is accepted when we write to confirm the dates, the fee, and that the sample is usable. Until then, letters are enquiries. If the sample is not usable, we say so and do not keep a deposit.

Your files

You warrant that you may send the logs and that you have stripped fields you must not share. We may refuse a file that still carries card numbers, medical notes, or session tokens. You remain responsible for your own retention and for telling the people whose traffic appears in the logs, where the law of Georgia requires it.

Intellectual property

You keep the logs. You receive a licence to use the briefing sheets inside your organisation, including printing them and carrying them into meetings. We keep the methods, templates, and unused drafts. We will not republish your routes, client names, or figures. We may describe a sitting in general terms if you have given written permission for a named letter on the client-word page.

Liability

The briefing is an aid to your own decisions. We are not your on-call rota, your lawyer, or your insurer. To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting. We are not liable for lost traffic, lost reputation, or the cost of a change window you choose to run. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law, including liability for wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Batumi, Autonomous Republic of Adjara, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under Georgian law.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Sittings already accepted keep the terms as they stood on the confirmation letter unless both sides agree otherwise.
