Standing Monthly Review

A standing review is for teams who already sat through a Gateway Traffic Review and do not want the briefing to freeze on the month it was drawn. We keep a reserved morning. You send the previous window. We update the working charts and sit for an hour.

The point is comparison, not a fresh universe each time. Last month’s tail latency sits beside this month’s. A new route is inked in. A retired path is crossed through, not deleted, so the year still reads. If nothing notable happened, the sitting is short and we say so; we do not invent weather.

The arrangement runs four months at a time. Either side may stop at the end of a block with fourteen days’ notice. Missed log drops can be moved once inside the month; a second miss is treated as a skipped sitting, not a refund of the month. Config changes remain yours. We will not hold keys between sittings.
