What we collect

From a letter on this site: name, email, optional sitting choice, optional preferred date, optional note about log window or route count, and the message. From a sitting: the business contact details you give us, invoices, and the log files you send. Log files may contain IP addresses, route names, and other identifiers. You should strip payloads and tokens before sending.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site. There is no checkout.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry fields to answer you and to prepare an estimate. We use sitting files to draw the briefing and to invoice. The legal bases under Georgian data-protection rules are the steps needed to answer a request you made, performance of the sitting you accepted, and our legitimate need to keep invoices and a short archive of the briefing.

Retention

Enquiry letters that do not become sittings are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Invoices are kept for the period Georgian accounting rules require. A copy of the briefing and the working files is kept for thirty days after the sitting unless you ask us to destroy it sooner, or unless a longer hold is required for a dispute. Rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, object to some uses, or ask for deletion where the law allows. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. Write to us first at info@gateway-layerhub.digital; we will answer within a month where the law requires it.

International transfers

The desk is in Batumi. If a sitting is held by video, the call travels through the provider you agree to use that day. If you send logs from outside Georgia, you are transferring them to us. We do not park sitting files on a public board. Hosting for this website may process connection data in the country of the host; we choose hosts that will contract to reasonable confidentiality.

Recipients

We share personal data with an accountant for invoices, with a bank for transfers, and with a printer inside Georgia if you ask for a posted briefing. We do not sell lists.
