Write to the desk

Name the sitting if you know it, the dates you care about, and the format of the logs you can export. A quiet sample is more useful than a screenshot of a red hour. We answer ordinary letters within two working days. Incident strips requested on a morning we are at the desk are acknowledged the same afternoon.

Do not send card numbers, medical notes, or session tokens. Strip payloads before the file leaves your house. If you are unsure whether a field is safe, omit it and tell us it is missing.
